Leadership Development - Understanding your DiSC profile results
An eye-opening discussion around personal leadership styles. The DiSC personal assessment tool will be provided to all participants and will need to be completed prior to the Summit. Personal results will be distributed by DiSC facilitator and participants will better understand their own leadership preferences and learn how to improve productivity, teamwork, and communication skills.

Teachers will be guided in a self-reflective journey connecting the tenets of mindfulness to their role as teachers. They will engage in diverse practices of mindfulness and imagine how to infuse strategies into their work with students and personal self care.
Improving time management and organization with new technology/apps
Technology has provided us with many new and innovative ways to improve our lives. Time management and organization skills are essential for successful life balance. This session will explore how to use a variety of technology tools to optimize your time and provide organization to your day.
Understanding the importance of your professional and digital image
Do you have a “professional imprint?” Does the way you look suggest that you’re a leader? In this breakout session learn how people should dress, act, and carry themselves to develop professional presence and stand out for the right reasons. You will learn why self-confidence is crucial for people who want to get ahead; why you must accept your body and your looks, and then make the most of them; and why and how to package and present yourself in a compelling way.
Incorporating nutrition and exercise into your work/life balance
This workshop will guide participants to foster a deeper connection to food, their health and their well-being. Making these connections brings a deeper understanding of the importance of food and lifestyle choices in sustained health and happiness.
